Greenfield Cultural Arts Center Film Series partnering with the Cinematic Arts & Technology at CSU Monterey Bay offers a diverse slate of studio and independent family films geared towards toddlers, school age children, teens, parents and grandparents. Twice a month the family film series gives filmgoers of all ages an opportunity to view a unique collection of refreshing cinematic including feature- length narrative, documentary, short, animated and student films and commercial favorite films. With the goal of making the film series experience interactive and educational for young filmgoers, some films will bring out filmmakers for post screening Q&A sessions, live entertainment and participatory art activities. The film series goal to reach young audiences through its collaborations with the Cinematic Arts & Technology Department at CSU Monterey Bay which will curate family films from student and staff films, and Children’s Film Series.
Series is free with a suggested donation of $1.00; tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Films begin at 3:00pm and 6:00pm with doors open 30 minutes before film time. Film titles will be announced online and at the Center.
